Safety is our top priority. Every professional on our platform undergoes a rigorous 5-step vetting process, including in-person interviews, nationwide criminal background checks, and reference verification.

We offer free cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a small fee to compensate our cleaners for their reserved time.

Most of our clients prefer to be away. You can provide entry instructions during booking (e.g., hidden key, door code, or concierge access). We’ll lock up and notify you once the transformation is complete.

We cover all of Seattle proper, including Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Ballard, Fremont, and West Seattle, as well as Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland on the Eastside.

We love pets! Our cleaners are trained to be pet-friendly. We just ask that you let us know if your furry friend has any anxiety or if they need to be kept in a specific room during the session.
